11月14日，中共中央组织部、国家卫健委发布通知，对“公务员录用体检有关项目检查标准”进行调整，放宽了对地中海贫血、桥本甲状腺炎、多囊肾等疾病的检查标准。其中规定，地中海贫血（地贫基因携带者、静止型、轻型）且血红蛋白高于90g/L，为合格。
